Memorial Day

Teagan was so excited to do his part in the Memorial Day presentation they did at his school. I had to go to a doctors appointment that day and I was so worried I would miss it. He reminded us everyday that it was coming and the day of we gassed up the truck and Ian ran a ticket for work and we went to the school. I made sure Teagan saw we were there. Everything happened so fast that I didn't get very good pictures. I'm so glad we made it. Teagan did a good job. That morning I asked him what he line was. He said, "Memorial day was first known as Decoration day." I thought he meant declaration day but sure enough he was right and mommy was wrong. Smart boy!
