Teagan got the Principle's Award this year with a ton of other first grader's. This may not look like a ton to you but remember there are only 18 kids in a classroom and only 4 classrooms. I could be wrong about the number of first grade classes but it's really close to that. With just a quick count it look like 18 in the front row. This award is for good grades. So tell me again how our schools are failing. Perhaps it's state testing that is failing. Anyway I won't get on that soap box. I'm so proud of all Teagan's hard work and grateful to his teacher for her hard work, instruction and guidance. Teagan had turned his award into a paper airplane within minutes of sitting down so thank goodness for this picture. Great job Teagan!
