I babysit most Tuesdays. Tuesday is a day that we just get the bare minimum done and we enjoy our guests. I started inviting over friends on Tuesdays since I'm not getting much done anyway and there are already extra kids to have fun with. The more the merrier. Plus Mommy (that's me) was feeling very isolated. I was starting to feel like my only friends at church were very busy or had moved away (thank you Kelsey for not moving too far away, YET). That was making me sad. Solution? Stop waiting to be invited to stuff and start doing the inviting Mande. So that is what I did.
On this day I wasn't babysitting so we were mobile. I'm afraid with my little Ford Escape I have no room to transport more than my own children. That makes leaving the house out of the question. Well leaving the property I should say. Plus the car is paid for and runs fine so I don't plan to upgrade anytime soon. I do like to get out when I can though so we went to the park this particular Tuesday. Look at Gauge. He went up to the top of the slide by himself and went down. Then he tried the different heights of the slide and when he was done he would try to climb up from the bottom.
I'm thinking this boy has the sweetness of his brother and the fearlessness of his sister.
I wish I had gotten a picture of Mitchell's face. This is him contemplating his cookie. It was a good cookie. There was plenty to comtemplate.
Jade played in the wood shavings with Nathan nearly the whole time.
Kelsey and Sam
Jade and Quinn.
Sam. I like this picture except I caught him with his mouth full.
So Gauge thought he was king of the jungle. Or the Jungle gym I should say. Mr. Fearless thought he could do anything he wanted on there. He fell from the top level. I was horrified but not surprised. Luckily they put in the rubbery stuff so he could have a soft landing. Did that stop him. No. I had to stop him from falling off of it two more times. Silly boy.
Teagan. He is so great with all the kids. I have a feeling there is going to be a bit of a surge in K12 participants next year so maybe there will be some more kids his age. There are actually some now that I've just failed to network with very well. He loves playing with the little kids though. He is a great big brother so he has lots of practice.
Is Sam Mr. Photogenic or what?
Finally one with good light.
A little too much flash on this one but Quinn's cuteness shines through. Apparently I failed to get any pictures of Kim or Ruthanne. Shannan and Kaycee were there earlier as well but I don't think I had the camera out yet. I like to get pictures of everyone. So watch out ladies. The camera is coming for you next time. I'm enjoying geting to know these new people that have moved into the ward. I'm glad you are here. :)

Cute pics! I should probably break out my camera a little more often. If you get a chance can you send me the ones involving my offspring? Thanks!
